Built the club from scratch with the Rotary Club of Barbados as sponsor, starting with little more than a handful of RI requirements and a small, dedicated board.

First female President 

Theme: GUTS (Growth, Unity, Transparency, Sustainability)

Focused on membership development and building the club's first District-level presence, earning a Silver Club Award.

Mario Boyce

Theme: G.E.M. (Going the Extra Mile)

Raised a record $5,000 for the Geriatric Hospital and launched a literacy project that won an international Outstanding Rotaract Project Award.

Kareem French 

Theme: Level Up

Membership grew from 31 to 46 members. Named Large Club of the Year and won Most Outstanding Project internationally for Breaking Bread, Making Bread.

Rashida Prescod

Theme: Passion in Action

The COVID year. Kept service going through virtual and safely-distanced initiatives, marked the club's 5th anniversary, and saw a mid-year leadership transition handled with steady hands.

Scott Chandler 

Theme: L.E.N.S. (Lead, Empower, Nurture, Serve)

Hosted the club's first Super Service Saturday, secured its first District Grant, and donated ~$60,000 BBD in medical equipment to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Theme: Pay It Forward

Ran a year-long food and gift drive, hosted the culinary fundraiser Spirited at Harrison's Cave, and addressed then Rotary International President Jennifer Jones on behalf of Barbados' Rotaract clubs.

A year defined by growth through challenge — building unity on the board and watching first-time project leaders find their voice.

Welcomed six new members, earned the Zones 33/34 Public Image Epic Award (Platinum), and ran a full slate of service and fellowship events, from a 900-item back-to-school drive to the "What Peace Means to Me" poster competition.

Theme: Ignite Change, Inspire Hope

Grew membership from 36 to 50, extended the Adopt-a-School Programme to Milton Lynch Primary, formed a new Twin Club partnership with the Rotaract Club of Kingston, and closed the year with a sweep of District 7030 citations (Diamond x2, Gold, Bronze) and the Zones 33/34 EPIC Award (Platinum).
