YES Programe

Yes Programme, “Youth Elevation Scheme” is fully approved and ready to be launch this Saturday October 10th, 2026.

For those not familiar the programme it is a collaboration with the Barbados Police Service Juvenile Liaison Scheme. The programme usually consists of about 30 children or so who across a 10 week period engage in a number of mentorship and youth development session.

Seen below in the table are the tentative themes for each week and I would like for us a club to plan the icebreakers and breakroom sessions based on the themes for each week. I will aim to get into contact with the corresponding facilitators so we can ensure alignment but we can work towards creating the framework for each.

Furthermore we would require club members to volunteer and assist with these activities on the day.

Given we’ve been provided the details short notice would like to hear from you if we should attempt to plan something for this Saturday or plan one time for next week. Please cast your vote
